Fantastic experience: I study at Greenwich College and I like it. The teachers are kind and helpful. They explain lessons in an easy way, so I can understand better. In class, we speak a lot and practice English every day. This helps me feel more confident. The school is also very friendly, and I can meet students from different countries. I think it is a good place to learn English and improve step by step. Also, I made friends from different countries, so now I’m improving my English and my “international jokes” at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Greenwich is located in the city center, with excellent transport links. It has very experienced teachers; in my case, I've only met Francisco so far, a very attentive and dynamic teacher who enjoys teaching. The school has several areas for eating, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a cleaning area. You can pay in two installments, which is very convenient.

Negative experience: Without any consideration for the students, they changed the VET classes to virtual, but the cost remains the same. You’re paying for a class without a classroom, without internet, and without a clear learning structure. You come to this country for an immersive environment—if it were for online classes, you wouldn’t come here.

Negative experience: The worst school to study Kitchen management, teachers inexperienced, without wanting to review tasks, without wanting to teach, if you have the opportunity to study in Greenwich, skip it.

Of course, like anywhere, there were a few situations with specific teachers that weren’t ideal, but nothing serious and everything was always addressed and resolved when needed. Learning about how important are the clients (customers) for companies and to get this in real-life says how much they care about us. Negative experience: I've been at this school for a year and a half, and I had no complaints until recently. I've had some difficulties with a particular teacher. Several students have sent emails, I sent 2 emails and I still haven't received a response. And most importantly, they still haven't resolved the issue. Don't trust the numerous positive reviews because they recently offered a $50 gift card to anyone who rates the school on Google and sends a screenshot by email. So, of course, people are leaving positive reviews. But believe me, here they just take your money and that's it! They don't find any solutions to your problems and never reply to your emails. It's almost like failing to assist someone in distress when I see my psychological state today after spending just one term with this teacher. They simply let us sink into anxiety.

Negative experience: My experience at this institution has been mixed, but unfortunately several modules of Diploma and Adv diploma have raised serious concerns regarding academic delivery, consistency, and professionalism. While official curriculum topics are presented, the classroom execution does not always reflect structured, objective teaching aligned with institutional requirements. In some cases, excessive focus on personal perspectives has replaced clear explanation of learning materials and assessment criteria, creating confusion about expectations and marking standards. There have also been situations where feedback and classroom management suggested a lack of professional preparedness for handling a diverse group of adult learners. Emotional maturity and pedagogical balance are essential in an academic environment, yet this standard does not always appear to be consistently upheld. Additionally, there seems to be a pattern of frequent trainer changes across modules. This does not appear to be driven by curriculum design, but rather by internal disorganization. When concerns are raised about a trainer, there is rarely any meaningful adjustment during the module itself. As a result, students often complete an entire term under ineffective instruction, despite paying significant tuition fees. As paying students making a substantial financial investment, we expect academic level, structured delivery, professionalism in the classroom, and institutional accountability. I sincerely hope the institution reviews these systemic concerns to ensure quality, stability, and fairness across all modules.

Positive experience: The language school and the vocational college are located on the same campus. The language school’s IELTS preparation course was very good. You can take a free IELTS mock test every Friday. For the vocational college, a certain level of English proficiency is required to keep up with the classes. However, if you don’t understand something, the teachers will kindly explain it to you whenever you ask.

Negative experience: I strongly do not recommend it. The programs don't work, and there's no necessary support. Why do people pay money to learn English here and not get their money's worth? There's no proper teaching or student support. Why? Because they took the money and it was enough for them to pretend they were doing these things. I deeply regret coming to this school. I think other schools would be preferable. Yes, it's always the same thing I hear: "Contact us and we'll help," but believe me, that doesn't change anything because you're not actually helping anything.

The sudden change has broken the continuity of my learning and taken away the trust, comfort, and confidence I had with my favorite teacher. Negative experience: If you want to be forced into paying for reassessments at $150 a pop then these guys are great. Intentionally giving feedback for submitted tasks after the due date so you are forced to pay for a reassessment every time is so much fun. Highly recommend them if you want a crap school that's doesn't care about you and gives you teachers that have priorities outside of their job role and don't try to help you. Its like a good to see him always when I started at college. Like when I start the class he was so kind and smart. It felt like family.

Negative experience: I studied at this school for a year (6 months in Sydney and 6 months in Brisbane) The Sydney campus was good. The environment was nice and the teachers were really helpful and friendly. Brisbane was a bit complicated. Some of the teachers were very patient, fun, and supportive.(IELTS class) The class vibe was enjoyable too. But there were also some big problems. Sometimes, if not enough students enrolled in a class, we had to switch from morning to evening classes without being given many of choices. That was really frustrating. Needed to change the routine completely. One of the worst parts was a British teacher we had for three months. Honestly, his behavior felt racist. He clearly favoured Latin American students, kept chatting loudly during the class time or asking them how to say certain Spanish words or grammar rules, often took time and ignored the rest of the class. It was distracting and unfair. He also made a lot of jokes about Asian students. At first, we thought he was just trying to be funny, but over time it started to feel like we were being mocked. As a younger student without a job at the time, I felt really uncomfortable when he laughed at me for not knowing how to earn money or manage living costs. It became stressful and honestly kind of humiliating. My ex-classmates had the same experience and feelings. :( I gave feedback after the course, but the manager just told me I should’ve spoken up during the class. While he was nice about it, I still felt like my concerns weren’t really taken seriously. Overall, some great teachers and good moments, but also some really disappointing experiences that shouldn’t be ignored.

Fantastic experience: I fully recommend Greenwich College, BRISBANE. I am currently taking a Marketing and Business course with professors Karley Beadman and Joseph Tang. They are lovely and attentive. They are always there when we have a problem, and do not hesitate to help us understand the lessons and homework as best as possible.

I am only staying their 6 months, but wish to stay there longer. if you want complete and understanful classes, go there and if you are lucky you will have Karley and Joseph.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this school to anyone. My friend studies at this school and she continues her education in a very stressful way. There is a lot of pressure on her, especially the girls at the reception do not care and do not care about what the students say. I told all my friends and we will change schools quickly. The cooking lessons and classroom lessons are terrible and I see discrimination in the cooking lessons. The teacher speaks to a person who she sees as her own daughter in her own language and helps her especially with cooking and helps her pass the class. I think her name is Tina, I do not remember exactly, she is small. I definitely do not recommend such a teacher school.

Negative experience: 부족한 주방 실습 커리큘럼 - 한 유닛당 한번만 실습시간이 주어진다. 각 2개월정도의 일정중 한번뿐인 실습. 그 한번뿐인 실습은 매우 가난하다. 개인이 요리스킬을 연습할 수 있는 환경이 아니라 팀으로 이루어지며 우리가 다룰 수 있는 식재료 또한 매우 한정적이다. 당신이 만약에 그냥 아무것도 하지않고 싶다면 아무것도 하지않은 상태에서 수업이 정상적으로 작동할 수 있다. 그것에 따른 아무런 불이익 또한 없다. 제과제빵이라는것이 많은 시간, 발효시간이 필요로 하는 수업이지만 3시간만에 시작과 정리, 끝을 가져야한다. 일관되지 못하는 학비 지급일 - 수업은 제대로 지켜지지 않으면서 학비에 대한 압박은 무척한다. 원래 2달마다 21일에 주기적으로 학비를 지급하도록 하였지만 어느순간 학비 지급일이 앞당겨지며 학비 지급일을 지켜지지 못할 시 100불상당의 과징금이 부과된다 명시가되어있다. 원래 2달간격 21일 주기적으로 지급하도록 되어왔지만 어느순간부터 18일로 앞당겨지고 지금은 13일로 앞당겨졌다. 무려 8일이나 앞당겨지고 학비 지급 마감일을 지켜지지 않을시 100불 과징금이라는 협박 아닌 협박을 하고 있다. 여기서 웃긴건 아직 수업 일정이 끝나지도 않았다. 13일 이후 2주가량 짧은 휴식 사이에 수업이 있다. 비즈니스 스쿨? - 내가 알기로는 비자만 연장하는 비즈니스 스쿨에 대한 법적인 제재를 강화하여 이것을 강력하게 통제한다고 알고 있지만 이곳에서 보이는 행보는 흡사 비즈니스 스쿨과 비슷한 행보를 보이고 있다. 추가적으로 - 수업 분위기가 매우 어수선하며 지각자에 대한 제재도 없고 과제를 제출시 따로 선생님들을 부추기지않으면 확인 조차하지 않는다. 끝으로 이곳에 입학을 고려하는 학생들이 있다면 tafe 을 추천한다.

Fantastic experience: They have good teachers. Professor Arturo Ruffin is incredible. He makes the classes not boring and above all very dynamic. He took a personal interest in making sure my English improved. This made my experience.

Negative experience: Trash school. Do not go to this school. They are completely unresponsive—I’ve been calling since yesterday and no one is answering. I submitted my assessment, and their website showed a similarity score of only 7%. However, they emailed me saying the similarity was over 20% and asked me to resubmit the assessment and pay an additional marking fee of around $140.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Greenwich College. The only staff available to assist students are the receptionists, who can only provide email contacts for the management team—so for any issue, you must email and wait for a response. Teachers change frequently, making classes confusing every term. The school never misses an opportunity to charge extra fees, and if you need to dispute anything, it’s also through email. The lack of direct support and constant changes make the experience frustrating.

I would especially like to highlight the support from Professor Tom, who led the skills classes. These sessions were invaluable in clarifying doubts and reinforcing the concepts learned in class. His willingness to help, expertise, and clear explanations made a significant difference in my learning journey. Negative experience: RUN! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! If you value your time and money, do not enrol in Greenwich, specially Certificate IV in Kitchen Management! This course is a joke! Administration only sees us as a bunch of idiots who send them $1,300 every two months. They clearly don't care if we're actually learning anything or not. This is something that can be easily seen by the way the classes are going, especially the practical classes. If just one person from the administration attended a week of classes in this course, they would see how unfair it is for us to pay them this amount of money. If I could, I would have already changed schools, but unfortunately that's not the case. I know that from all the schools Greenwich is the cheapest one but DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF!

And I know that this is not just my opinion, many students I have spoken to before have the same opinion, they all say that she is the best. Teacher Lisa loves what she does and teaches with love.

Los profesores faltaban con frecuencia y eran reemplazados constantemente por otros que no tenían idea de los contenidos abordados previamente. Además, los ascensores dejan de funcionar a las 19:00 hrs en la sede de Brisbane, a pesar de que las clases terminan a las 21:00 hrs, lo cual es extremadamente inconveniente para los estudiantes.
