SPC Brisbane - English language school

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this language school! The teachers are incredibly dedicated and make sure to support each student individually. I used to lack confidence in speaking, but thanks to their encouragement, I’m finally feeling more comfortable expressing myself. On top of that, I’ve met so many wonderful friends from different backgrounds—we learn together and encourage each other every day. This experience has not only helped me improve my language skills but also given me memories I’ll truly cherish.

Negative experience: 結論先放在前頭 如果你今天等級是落在 CEFR B2 級以上（約雅思 5.5） 那你可能不需要語言學校 如果你希望的是考試、證照英文 可能可以找其他更好的資源 這間學校並無法提供「穩定」的教學品質與資源 如果你是 CEFR B2 以下的人 卻還想來這間學校的話 我建議先打聽一下目前的老師風評 如果無法確定的話，我建議別冒險 因為這間學校的教學品質管理「有待加強」 ============以下長文開始============ 作為一名客戶，尤其是一名待超過半年的學生 我不太在意課後活動以及環境什麼的 我更多的是在意「老師」這種第一線且每天互動的角色 從我 2025/07 到校開始的第一天 我經歷的是「高中時代」的課堂體驗 所有內容、教材都像是從高中課本轉換過來的內容 那種學生興致缺缺的課堂互動 以及毫無活力的教學方式 若非我靠著剛抵達澳洲的學習熱忱 我很懷疑我是否能持續投入在這種課堂環境 當時的學生並非沒有怨言 從我聽到的情況來看 大多學生都有去反應 但就是不見課堂上有何改變 直到最後這位老師突然的離職 但我得說這邊的 staff 是很樂意聽你的反饋的 你可以告訴他們任何想法 只是、通常很難有什麼實質性改變 只要涉及到教學系統、教材選用 基本上就是鐵打不動 舉例，當初我剛到校用的教材就是大約 2014 年出版的教科書 當中許多內容過時、沒帶入感不談 甚至課本中「internet」章節提及的網站在 2025 年我上課的時候根本不存在也沒聽過 你要學生怎麼去有很好的參與感？ 在該老師離職之後，我換到另一個班級 新老師的教學方式就很多元 每週有不同的遊戲、活動、討論議題 許多上過的學生都超愛這位老師 但他也是會用這些教材，只是用了 60% 去應付學校的需求 其餘的 40% 是他「個人」額外安排規劃的內容 不誇張的說，至少以我的就學期間來看，他簡直救了這間學校的風評 然而這位人氣教師離職後，我經歷了「第三次」變換老師 又要重新適應不談 包含我以及其他學生也都很不適應這種教學方式 非常的制式化、照本宣科 這過程就是很漫長的來回溝通、調解 不過平心而論，這位老師是願意接收意見並調整的 且是會跟學生嘗試建立互動的老師 即使我未必喜歡他的教學風格 但我尊重他願意交流的態度 而在這時候我也向校方反應 「不應該限制一線老師的教學方式」 而是鼓勵他們針對學生的需求去找出平均值 以我觀察，大多學生是旅遊、打工為主 那麼按照課本照本宣科就不適合這類群體 不過以現在回頭看，這類建議似乎「沒有」被聽進去 此外，作為一個客戶 要「反覆的敘述自己的需求」是一件很累人的事情 對我來說經歷一次就夠累了 但運氣不好我們老師最近生病 所以由新來的老師代課 因此可以說是「第四次」教師變換 然而，另我難以接受的主要原因仍是「照本宣科」 我很難以理解在被客訴這麼多次的情況下 仍堅持一定要使用這類教材的原因是什麼 這也讓我開始懷疑那位人氣教師到底是常態還是特例？ 其次，這位教師缺乏互動感 我在課堂上可以對他講很多句話 但卻很少收到回應 我收到的大多是微笑以及一句 great 語言學校是個很講求來回互動的場所 他不是一個單向、上對下、老師對學生的場域 他是提供有穩定品質的教學模式、系統、以及互動的地方 如果一間學校連老師的教學品質都很難兼顧的話 作為學生、客戶，我是不能接受的 尤其對於學生簽證，有出席率要求的人 我被要求了出席率，卻沒有一個教學品質的保證 而現在卻在用著舊版教材（2016年左右） 毫無生氣的教學方式 對我來說已經不是學習 而是浪費時間以及內耗 我說這些不是因為憤怒，而是因為沮喪與失望 因此，我很難笑著去推薦其他人來這裡 2026-Jan-27

Positive experience: The class size is smaller than Cairns Campus so I can practice speaking more! The stuff , teachers are very kind. I also enjoy afternoon classes and activities:) Thank you so much ✨

Negative experience: Pésimo colegio, el nivel de educación es muy bajo, las clases no son didácticas, tiene buenos profesores pero no los dejan desarrollar sus clases a su manera, tienen una muy mala estructura en la metodología, ademas te cobran por materiales de estudio, y no te dan ni el libro que se desarrolla en clase.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a good place to study English, I highly recommend SPC language school‼️☝️It’s suitable especially for people who are studying abroad for the first time. Because there are staff members who can consult with us without time limit. Also, the teacher is at school until 3:00 p.m. every day even after the class finished , so you can ask them about things we didn’t understand in class. For people who want to study English to the fullest, it’s definitely the best school

Negative experience: They are changing all the rules without even wanting to ask or listen to the students, firing excellent teachers and hiring cheap teachers, unfortunately I do not recommend this school to anyone. Negative experience: The school was amazing and I don't agree because they are going to close the evening session.it's not fair. I enrolled in that school because it had good class schedules. And I had good teachers and all the administrative staff were very friendly. Now the school climate feels ugly, boring and very tiring. I hope they improve. And I hope that the evening shift is maintained, because most students have already established their lives around that study schedule that is at evening.

Negative experience: The school is amazing but I disagree because they are going to close the evening session and I work in the morning! I wanted to renew at night but with this I feel very worried.

Highly recommend. 일단, 한국 학생이 없습니다. 50%는 일본 여자분들이고 나머지 50%는 남미에서 온 분들입니다. 어쩔 수 없이 학원에선 영어만 쓸 수 밖에 없습니다. 남미분들이 성격이 활달하고 수업에 적극적으로 참여를 해서 같이 수업하는데 재미있었습니다. 어디서건 마찬가지겠지만 영어가 딸려도, 겸손하게 인사 잘하고 잘 웃으면 친구를 쉽게 사귈 수 있습니다. 그리고 리셉션에 계신 여직원 세명이 친절하고, 다들 착하고 거기다 일까지 잘 합니다. 학원 생활하는데 많은 도움을 주실 겁니다.

Positive experience: I think the quality of teachers is high. The lessons are easy to understand and the activities are plentiful. However, the problem is that the classroom is too cold. It is frustrating that the temperature cannot be changed for each room. Also, I'm worried that I can't open the windows and ventilate because it's in the building.

Negative experience: I want you to know I am disgusted and horrified that you chose to literally FORCE your staff to submit to accepting an experimental gene-altering injection just so they can continue employment with your company. For that, I will condemn your company and products to anyone who will listen. Your actions are reprehensible, and by all accounts breech the Nuremberg code at least. Companies like yours that are guilty of subjecting innocent people to experimental medication will eventually face extreme punishments. I will be eagerly awaiting these most severe repercussions that will be coming your way. Get ready. The full force of the law and the people of the world will be heading your way soon enough. PS. I will never buy SPC products or any other label that is associated with your company.
