Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Phoenix Language School in Perth enough! As Germans, we searched for the right school for a very long time, and our experience with Phoenix has exceeded all our expectations. Our first son attended a language course there three years ago -2022, and the experience and results were so outstanding that we didn't hesitate to enroll our second son as well. The school provides a truly excellent learning environment, and the progress our children have made is remarkable. The staff at Phoenix are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the very beginning, Will and all the colleagues offered quick, competent, and warm assistance throughout the entire registration process and beyond. They carefully helped us choose the right courses, taking into account our wishes and possibilities, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. Due to German holidays, we could only organize a three-week course, but the selection of courses and their lengths are flexible and suitable for any occasion and desire. The school also organizes a variety of activities for the children, making the learning experience fun and engaging. Regular assessments help monitor the child's progress, ensuring they stay on track. Our son is very happy with his time at Phoenix. He has made new friends from different countries, which he finds very exciting and enriching. He enjoyed going to school every day and looked forward to the lessons and activities. It was wonderful to see how confident and motivated he became through his experiences there. Communication with the school has always been excellent. They kept us informed about absences, test results, and provided access to necessary online portals so we could stay updated at all times. The location is perfect, easily accessible by public transport, allowing our son to attend independently without any issues. Additionally, the school arranges affordable travel cards valid across the city and on all buses, which is very convenient. Overall, Phoenix Language School has provided a fantastic environment for our children to learn, grow, and make lifelong memories. We are truly grateful for the support and quality education they offer!

Fantastic experience: I was here back in 2002. I can't remember the classes too well, but I remember hanging out for dinner with students from Japan, Switzerland, Brazil, Korea, and Thailand. We had a blast going to Rottnest Island on the weekends, and the weekdays were fun with classes too. One time, we took a bus to City Beach for a school event, and we had a BBQ party. Oh, and I met my husband here! ☺️

Fantastic experience: I first studied at Phoenix in 2010 and after completing my Academic English Program progressed to further studies in Vocational training. In 2013, I came back and completed a Cambridge University preparation course before taking my exam. The Phoenix courses are very well structured and the teachers were extremely knowledgeable. The campus was simply beautiful, so it is a great place to learn and meet new people from around the world. All the staff at Phoenix will help you feel welcome and ensure you get the best possible experience. I would study there again!

Fantastic experience: I’ve studied at Phoenix Academy, and I can say without hesitation that it’s a great school. The staff are professional, reliable and always willing to help their students to achieve the best. The teachers are knowledgeable, and the classes delivered in an interactive manner. I enjoyed the online learning experience as much as the in class one; with the difference that being on campus I was also able to take advantage of the beautiful courtyard the school features.

Fantastic experience: I studied an English course at Phoenix for 6 weeks. I had such a great time there with lovely students & teachers. It's easy to access and facilities are great. I also found the topics very interesting. The IELTS practice sessions offered on my course were excellent with a strong focus on getting the best results at the real exam. I would definitely go again if I need to!

Negative experience: I was informed the refund takes up to a month.
