Negative experience: I had the misfortune of studying at this school for 6 months and from the first day I had problems. My classroom was clearly wrong when I started. I asked the supposed "director" for help in the evening and he laughed in my face (not to mention that B2, 3, and 4 were in the same classroom). The classrooms were extremely crowded and full of Latino and Brazilian students, speaking their native languages ​​and preventing those who really wanted to learn from doing so. When I switched to the morning shift, my learning improved by 10%, but only thanks to my own effort because I had some terrible teachers. I must also mention that the microwaves are always disgusting, and so are the bathrooms. When I transferred to the morning shift, I paid $400 for it. Why is it more expensive in the morning if supposedly the teaching is the same? I had some great teachers, but it always depends on your luck because it changes every month. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of money at this school and from the first to the last day, I was unhappy and dissatisfied. I must also mention that when I reported my complaints, nobody did anything. Definitely don't study here; besides wasting your time, you'll also have to pay $50 for your printed certificate :)

Negative experience: The quality of teachers is very poor; most teachers have Latin and Indian accents, and you often learn the pronunciation of words incorrectly. The classes are very small and crowded, and we have to struggle to learn anything. The quality of education is already terrible because most teachers don't know how to explain things.

Sin embargo, hubo bastante renovación de personal y las clases no siempre fueron muy fluidas, lo que hizo que mi progreso fuera más lento de lo esperado. Aun así, fue una experiencia valiosa que me permitió practicar inglés y sumergirme en un entorno diverso y motivador.

Fantastic experience: ILSC School is a good school, the teachers are professionals and they help us for everything. It's an International and multicultural school. I arrived two months ago and I learnt a lot and i am improving so quickly. In class we do many activities to improve our communication and skills. They have many elective classes (like coffee class, yoga/pilates class, Travel and Hospitality class, IELS) and you can chose when you are in I1 or + above. I recommend this school to study English.

Positive experience: My experience in this school is going well, the structure of ILSC is so good, the areas inside and out side are comfortable, and you have access a green area out because the school is near a park, the classes are good I improve a lot my English skills, but in some moments the classes start be a little bit repetitive for me, but the school have a lot of classes type not only general English, you can choose what kind of course do you would like to do, IELTS, academic English etc. It’s a good school :)

Fantastic experience: It was very nice and friendly school,it was easy to understand and learning English ,the teacher was very helpful and patient to teach me and if I had any questions the reception was very nice to figure out the problem.

Fantastic experience: The school has a beautiful infrastructure, it has many facilities (sofas, kitchen, microwave toilets, water dispensers). The study rooms are large, you meet new people from different countries. The teachers are kind and patient, they always ready to help.

Positive experience: The facilities are modern and welcoming, each classroom has air conditioning (which is good for summer days), the women's bathrooms are not always clean, but overall it is a well-organized space. The classes are sometimes interactive and there are some pretty good teachers as well.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with this institute, the teachers are kind, funny and friendly. The classes are entertaining and I learn a lot. I'm very happy to be here.

Fantastic experience: top-notch language school, it is your best choice.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with how this facility handled CELPIP clients. We waited for over two hours, and when we were finally seated for the exam, we were informed that it was cancelled due to a technical issue. Some of us had traveled long distances just to be there, yet staff simply said they couldn’t do anything about it despite being the ones coordinating directly with the CELPIP team in Canada and has a better access of communication, just to at least give clarity to the clients. Extremely inconsiderate and poorly managed.

Negative experience: I am currently waiting outside with about 8 other people to do a CELPIP exam, which was booked months in advance. It was supposed to have started an hour ago and was told to arrive 45 minutes before that and no one has shown up to faciliate the exam. Not happy.

Negative experience: I studied at the school for 9 months, in general the classes are good, but there is a lot of difference between teachers, some are very good and others are not. I had to repeat my I3 level, but I had classmates who had been promoted to I4 and we were all together. I find it unacceptable that they do not give me a physical certificate at the time of graduation, and now it is only digital and a poor design, apparently made in Paint. I cannot access the document where I can see my attendance and details of each session, as well as the table of equivalent school levels with other English scales. Lastly, and I find it unacceptable, that they charge AUD 50 to receive it physically. When I enrolled and paid for the school in full at around AUD 11,000 in May 2024, that price should have included the certificate, why are they charging for it now? If I didn't receive it now, I should be refunded that money or given the certificate. For me it is disrespectful to be charged for a certificate that corresponds to me. I hope they can give me the certificate properly and respect the students.

Negative experience: I’m also one of the people who didn’t get a physical graduation certificate, and I was really disappointed. When I asked the school that day, they said it would cost 50 AUD, which is way too expensive for me. Previous students got it for free, so it feels unfair. I was so excited to hold my certificate and take photos with friends from around the world, but I only found out on the day that there was no certificate. I was leaving Australia that night, so I had no time to make one myself. For me, the certificate is not just paper. It’s the result of my hard work and a precious memory — not something I can just print at home.

Fantastic experience: The education here is really awesome. The teachers make learning fun and easy to understand, and they’re always there to help if you’re stuck. It’s a great place where everyone can grow and do their best

Negative experience: Graduating students cannot obtain a physical certificate and must pay an additional AUD 50 to receive one. It’s unfair that previous graduates received their certificates without this extra cost. The school showed no communication or respect for students’ concerns in this matter. Even more outrageous is that they completely disregard students’ opinions. Never enroll in this school!

Positive experience: According to my experience at ILSC, it's a good option if you're planning to study for 6 months or less. Otherwise, it can become boring and repetitive. As you progress through the English levels, you will find yourself in mixed classes with students from lowers levels. Honestly, that doesn't help much to improve your English because teachers have to speak and explain in a way that everyone understands, so you don't feel challenged and classes become boring. The content also repeats a lot, specially on Thursdays and Fridays classes. The facilities are good as it's a modern and new building. They have computer labs, but underused. Sometimes, classrooms are overcrowded, and too many students are placed in small rooms. This not only limits physical space but also affects the teacher's ability to support each student effectively. Also, some administrative processes can be complicated, it feels as though you're not the one paying for the service. Instead, it's as if they're doing you a favour, and you just have to accept whatever you get. If it wasn't for a couple of really good teachers, who love what they do, staying at ILSC for a long period would be too hard

Negative experience: They have racist rules. I wanted to register, but since I came from Germany they wanted 1.5 times more money (450$). I saw that the normal price was 300$. I do not recommend it.

Positive experience: I have studied at ILSC Perth for 25 weeks and my course finished 3 weeks ago. It was a good experience. The school is modern, clean and agradable. The teachers are very good. The location is perfect, at the heart of Perth. I really loved this journey, it was amazing! I dislike one thing: the first day in each session, we don't have class. While we are studing, it can be good, because you have one day more for relax, but we pay for each week and we have less class for this. I think it shoud be reviewed.

Negative experience: I was happy with my studies until I had a problem and I am totally dissatisfied. This school is a MESS with the administration and organization of the students. Without my request, I was moved in the middle of the session, claiming that the room was full, but in the same week new students came in the same class. In addition, they put me in a mixed room with students below my level and many of them of the same nationality. I study a lot and they can see by my feedback and notes. They are undermining my studies and simply telling me that they can’t do anything. I don’t recommend this school to anyone, because you pay too much and have no right of choice.

Ilsc is a school where it is not correct to give an opinion or make a little joke because you will get bad feedback! Lexis is much friendlier, more serious, more convivial and at the same time more efficient. Very bad experience of Ilsc! If you have a car I recommend Lexis Scarborough and if you prefer the city center you have the Lexis school in Perth right in the city center. In Ilsc every day the students arrive late (15, 30 and sometimes 45 minutes every day) and block the teacher's explanation. Every day without exception for four months! They have a coffee business that still disrupts classes with orders taken and delivered in the middle of class!!!! Waste of time if you want to learn, a pleasure if you are there to have fun. Julien

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy my classes in ILSC, there are classmates of different cultures and also you can learned coffee skills. But, could be better, if the new alumns only arrived when the sesion start, because is a bit confused receive new classmates every monday. In addition, the schoold should be has a kettler, instant coffee and chocolate for the alumns. Finally, I hope that they keep a good quality of the teachers.

Negative experience: Los profesores son muy buenos, el detalle es que cuando llegas al nivel avanzado te juntan con personas de niveles inferiores, y tienes que revisar lo que viste dos niveles antes. Considero que la escuela no está preparada para niveles avanzados o no hay suficientes estudiantes, considero injusto que después de haber pagado tengas que pasar de por situaciones tan poco agradables.
