Fantastic experience: I have studied at Navitas for just two weeks, for an English general holiday course, buy this short time has been enough to realize that the school is really professional. The classes I have had with Ola have been extremely helpful and they were worth it. Ola is a highly qualified and knowledgeable teacher. After this short time, I already have felt much more confident to speak to native speakers. In addition, the all atmosphere of the school is comfortable and I always felt welcomed.

Negative experience: My test was supposed to start half an hour ago. No one is here. No one answers the phones. Went to an upper level and was told to wait where I’m assigned.

During this time, I improved from Pre-intermediate to Advanced level, passed the Cambridge FCE program, and achieved my target IELTS score in a very short period. Soooooooo, 1. The school has a large modern campus with spacious classrooms and comfortable lounge-style seats where students can relax or even take a quick nap between classes. ✨️ 2. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could easily ask the friendly reception staff, they were always approachable and they came from various countries, which made it easy to communicate and diverse for international students like me. ‍♀️ 3. On top of that, the school hosted exciting weekly events, games, and competitions that made studying fun and memorable, even for evening students. 4.I want to say a big THANK YOU to Jessica (), one of the most outstanding and caring receptionist at Navitas. She supported me every time I had a question or needed help. She always kind and had the warmest smile.. 5. At each level I completed, I also received 1-2 books completely FREE of charge. Fantastic experience: navitas was wonderful for me. that had a clean, high quality, a lot of great teachers and kindness receptionists. enrollment fee $265 general english (daytime) $530 per week course materials $408 japan promotion -$165 per week i graduated in navitas at 28th of march 2024 since 4th of sep 2023 i had a great time in general english class and cambridge pet class. actually it’s my first time to come and to stay overseas. at the first, i couldn’t speak and listen english very well. but my teacher and classmates made me improve my english skills. that’s why i could write this google review. i appreciate everyone who are related in navitas.but my english skills aren’t perfect. i need to learn more. thanks for everything.

Negative experience: PTE services are probably the most ridiculous things, I’ve attended in years.

Negative experience: Worst PTE centre Please book any other centre for the PTE exam in Sydney except this one. There is a man in level 3; I think his name is Steven (white, grey hair, probably in his 40s), who is very rude and sarcastic, treating the people who were waiting in the queue as idiots for not presenting the passport or for not filling out the form properly, calling them "liars". That person clearly doesn't like the job and tries to somehow make himself feel better by treating others badly from his position of "power". It seems like a joke that they have this man in charge of dealing with people at the reception. If you don't believe me with this comment, check out the other comments from other people who have had a similar experience before. You are going to save 400 AUD and a bad time by avoiding this place.

Negative experience: I took my PTE exam there. Due to technical issues, we started the exam more than an hour late. It’s impossible to stay focus during the speaking part as you can hear everyone around speaking loudly. We were 10 people in the room with no proper separation between desks, the worst setup for this exam. Overall, I had a very bad experience even though the lady at the registration desk was very kind and friendly.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money. Headphones have technical issues and the test score is affected by that!

Negative experience: I have never felt so humiliated and wronged. The worst customer service I've had since arriving in Australia. As everyone can see in previously reviewed. They are unfair and have the worst customer service for PTE tests unlike the English school team who are polite and smiling all the time. I got there 10 minutes before my test, I asked apologies, and also I commented that the previous 2 times I’ve been there they started later. He felt abused and they said that I could do the test because I had abused him. and directly asked me to leave and threatened to call security. In the end the day I lost my day of work and also almost U$ 400 dólares.

Negative experience: They have no stable internet connectivity. After making us wait for quite a long time, they literally cancelled our exam and there was no refund option available. They are not reliable.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, do not believe the 1 or 2 stars comment. The exam class is so good, there has a divider for each computer. The registration crew (Steve) is so friendly. Explain all situations for all test takers. You will hear another sound, this is not related to the test center, it is related to a headset. Do not forget, this is an exam center, not a gaming center (for noise-canceled headsets). Good Luck.

Fantastic experience: I've studied at Navitas Hyde Park in Sydney for 24 weeks and just finished my General English course! I have no words to thank all the evening teachers: Maria Bacova, Adam, David and Claire for their dedication, friendship and professionalism. Also, I'd like to thank all the staff, Camila, Vallery and Ami in particular, that were always able to help me at the reception. I'll certainly miss the classes, classmates, teachers and all the staff. I've lived such special moments in this place since I arrived in Australia, and I'm grateful for this. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: I chose Navitas School because I had good feedback when I was in my country, I've been studying here for a week and I'm enjoying it so far, I still don't have much to say.

Positive experience: A few years ago, 2012, I did a program for an English tutoring course. From recollection, this company worked in conjunction with the volunteer company. If the courses and support are similar to the training I received, I would highly recommend this company.

Negative experience: One of the worst day of my life. Never faced this kinds of situation ever in my life. Worst place I choose to give my Pte exam. Receptionist or examiner whatever we can call as, they have got only one person run the PTE exam. Multi task by one person, ID verification, security check, and to manage the xm inside the examination hall. With that rude examiner guy ruined my money, my day, my time, my confidence everything. Paid a big money, travelled from long way and prepared a whole month to give exam and at the end nothing. Cried whole day to make myself feel better, and gave my self assurance that everything will be okay. Not recommend at all.

Positive experience: The only thing that wouldn't make me study again in Navitas is the matter of studying on Fridays, a student who works more than forty hours a week doesn't have the strength or focus to study on a Friday, most schools here in Sydney work from Monday to Thursday, for me it doesn't make sense to study on Friday, it's bad, you just think about resting, missing Friday because you're tired and end up missing a class. To make up for Friday, we could study 1 hour more every day of the week or take an online class on Friday, but going to class physically on Friday is the cumbersome.

Negative experience: I did my english exam there. The administration guy was very rude. Their staff should learn how to behave properly and politely with their customers. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: I gave exam here a week ago and lady at the reception was very rude and early in the morning she just distracted me with her behaviour and I couldn’t focus in the beginning of the exam. Had a really bad day

Negative experience: Administration lady is very rude. Do not book test here or you won't get your score cause she will stress you out before you sits for test. Nevitas should be liable for this. They should not have someone who is rude to students. Nevitas should work on this issue or Nevitas don't care about overseas students. Lady force everyone to wear mark during the test. I know it's mandatory to wear mask in the public areas but they have separate for the test and students should allowed to take off mark during test. Overall 255 Elizabeth St test centre make you feel humiliated by the administration lady. Poor service

Negative experience: I recently visited this place for my PTE Test. The Test Administrator here was really rude and she didn't even listen to me, just tell her things and that's it. I am your customer and you should be polite with me. At least for the sake of humanity, the girls at the front need to be trained to talk in a nice and professional way. I will neither recommend nor visit this place again........ And I could see lots of bad review here already, should have checked before I booked the test.

Negative experience: Was a bad experience. The computer was too slow and the seat was changed too. They said it was a restriction but student were very close to another. The person who was in the reception was very disturbing. She kept on coming to exam hall and disturbing taking passports, tapping people to maintain voice while doing speaking and they were not even loud. She kept on walking in the exam hall. All time when speaking she was walking which was not disturbing and was unable to concentrate.

Negative experience: I did a PTE exam and my experience was terrible. 7 people in a small room, the supervisor didn't control when people were talking loud, the keyboard didn't work properly and they didn't provide real paper only a plastic notebook!!!! It was a waste of money, many other centres provide a proper exam environment.

Negative experience: Gave my ielts exam. Really disappointed with services, they make so many mistakes ranging from wrong emails to wrong floor and seat allocation. At the moment going with dispute regarding the centre. Never trust this place for your ielts or pte.

Negative experience: I attended the PTE test this week, and I had the worst experience here, due to the technical issue, I only did the speaking part, the supervisor gave me a contact number and told me they would reschedule another exam recently. However, until now, nobody helped me to solve this problem but only told me to wait, I have waited four days and I did have no time to wait, my visa will expire soon, I need to reschedule another test immediately

Negative experience: The lady who works at the IElTS reception was so rude and impatient. I found the Receptionist totally unhelpful and actually felt uneasy when being dealt with by her. l tried to be as friendly as possible, but she was still acting like a RACIST. Although both of us were wearing face masks and strictly complying with the social distancing, she was still stepping back constantly when answering my questions and giving me the impatient face. When l tried to organize my words, she showed me a contemptuous face And throw the document holder with big noise which was really intimidating and horrible. I was quite surprised by her attitude, l was made to feel as if l was a nuisance, and an inconvenience for being there. One of my frd who took the Ielts exam here complaint about the receptionist’s unacceptable attitude, And now l truly understand her feeling. Feel sorry for the test center having such an unprofessional and terrible receptionist. Please show some respect to all the candidates who pay u the money. I understand that our English is not perfect, but that is not the reason why you treat us in such a disrespectful way. plz stop being a RACIST!!!! Mr.Whitford may I suggest that the front desk lady be provided training on how to appropriately deal with exam takers.

Negative experience: I had my exam in this center recently. Feel very unfortunate that the computer I was allocated was not giving me answering time, turned up to skip 3/4 answer in speaking. Raised my hand and walk through the exam hall as well no one turn up and started my rest of the test. Very poorly managed and not supervised center. Talked to the exam supervisor after exam and she replied saying they are having such issues since ages, and didn’t bother to fixing this. They will ruin your all hard work, time and money. I would definitely give - (ZERO) star if I could. Never chose this place for your exam,if possible.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, they search you like if you are a delinquent! The person at the desk didn't even speak fluent english and treat us with disdain. Terrible probably if you are desperate to pass you can put up with that behaviour.

Fantastic experience: I gave my PTE academic exam in level 8 here. the staff was super friendly. all the equipments were working perfectly. they even provided ear plug to reduce distraction, not sure if other centers provide this. room was spacious and the cubicles were far from each other with proper isolation. location is just opposite of meuseum station. would certainly recommend this center.

Negative experience: I don't recommand to pass the Pearson PTA test there. The room is noisy, so I could not focus correctly. Box are not isolated properly, so you can clearly hear other people speaking. Good point : free earbuds are offered. There is a better isolation in the Bridge street test center from memory.

Negative experience: A student of mine recently undertook an IELTS exam at this centre. Prior to the exam he was given faulty information by reception & not provided with written documentation. As he had been told by admin.that during the Reading test he would be given an extra 10 mins after the test to transfer his answers to the answer sheet, he proceeded to do so & was rudely told by the invigilator to stop ( at this stage he had only entered 50% of his answers). When he questioned reception about this, the receptionist admitted ( in front of 2 people) that she had, in fact told him this. However, when he tried to complain/ ask for leniency to the supervisor, the receptionist lied & retracted her admission. Moreover, when speaking to the supervisor, she was rude & refused to supply her name. Understandably upset & confused my student gave up. Lo and behold, two weeks later instead of receiving his test results from this centre.....they were missing. Upon return to the centre and enquiring as to the whereabouts of his results, he was informed that they had been misplaced & that they were too busy to look right now and would try and find them for him in 3-4 days! Rude, inept and disorganised, I would strongly advise that if you are getting ready to take your exams that you DO NOT use this centre.
