Fantastic experience: Kaplan has a good structure and excellent teachers, my experience was just not perfect because of Covid19 where classes have to become online. But even so, the teachers were committed and always tried to bring us the best class possible, despite the limitations we had because we were online. I definitely recommend Kaplan Adelaide.

Fantastic experience: I have been studying full academic year in Kaplan Adelaide. I had a lot of problems with school, for example we studied in 2 different buildings. However, my English improved a lot, and I changed a lot of classes. Few teachers were not interested in my studying, but few teachers were really good and helpful. The most important thing that, if you study hard teachers will help you a lot :)

And today I can say that Kaplan did more than teaching the language, as it showed me that I am capable. Kaplan is a school that understands the students and helps them develop their language skills. Negative experience: My partner attended this school for 5 months starting August 2019. She is from Colombia. Our experience at Kaplan was very poor. From day 1 her schedule was changed without notice. She put her name down for special classes which were then also changed without notice meaning she arrived at school at the allotted time only to find it changed times without notification. Emails to the director on this topic went unanswered. The teachers varied from reasonable to absolutely useless. Classes were cancelled due to the schools lack of proper air conditioning and when we followed up for replacement times the emails again went unanswered. Only when we involved the migration agency did the school finally respond. Kaplan are using their respected name to charge top dollar but at this school the reputation is undeserved. Highly disappointing and we would not recommend this school at all.

Positive experience: I had a great time here due to professional teachers and nice international friends. The location is convenient, students can take bus to go to school easily.
