Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for all the support I received during my time at ILSC. I feel that I learned a lot and was given great tools to continue improving on my own. I take with me many lovely memories and the feeling of having been part of a warm and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at ISLC in Adelaide. From the very beginning, I felt extremely welcome and comfortable. One of my main goals was to build a daily routine surrounded by English, just like living in Australia – and that worked out perfectly. Unfortunately, I was only able to attend for four weeks because my university studies are starting. However, I would highly recommend ISLC to anyone who is new in the city. The teachers, the entire staff, and the students were all exceptionally kind, supportive, and welcoming. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Positive experience: The administration is attentive and efficient. the other students are keen to help you always and the teachers are great... One day one of them dismissively told me to go back home though

Negative experience: On Thursdays and Fridays, we have elective classes, but the school does not guarantee that you will get the classes you want. Everyone pays the same fees to study here, and they can take the electives they choose. However, I was told that my preferred classes were full and that I had to choose other options. I feel that this is a waste of money and quite unfair.

Negative experience: I paid 13,000 dollars and never received a certificate. I had some problems, but I never got any support from the college. They stuck to their strict stance just to mess with you, and they only care about money, not the well-being of their students.

It helps you improve your English from the roots, think critically in English, and develop advanced language skills. Finally, the Cambridge course grew on me and it was completely worth it.

Fantastic experience: My journey in this school has been amazing. I can not be more grateful with my teachers, and all the staff who work there. In my opinion, this is the best school in Adelaide. Since the first day I felt very welcoming and happy to learn every single day. I have learned a lot in the last 6 months. I also took the IELTS Academic test and achieved the overall score of 6.5. I couldn’t have done it without all the support I received from ILSC and also my hard work studying after classes.

Negative experience: The school has a nice infrastructure. Most of the teachers are very didactic and well-prepared, and the activities are relevant, contributing to your learning. However, there is a significant difference between studying in the morning and studying at night. While in the morning, classmates are more interested in learning and speaking in English, at night, students are quite tired, and most speak in their native language. This greatly affects your learning because if people are not speaking in English or are not interested in engaging in classroom activities, you will learn less. When I realized this, I tried to switch back to the morning period, but the school said I would need to pay $100 because only one schedule change is free. This shows that their priority is to charge students more money rather than genuinely caring about how much you are learning. I am very dedicated and involved in the classes and wanted to give my best. Unfortunately, I have already paid a lot for the course and paid for the morning period, which is more expensive than the night period, and now they are charging me an additional $100 to return to the period I initially paid for. This is absurd and shows a lack of respect for those who genuinely want to learn.

I have chosen to study English at ILSC Adelaide twice because it is so beneficial. One of the elective courses I have taken is the Café Skills course. This elective is available once you reach the required level of English and provides in-depth knowledge about coffee, from its history and culture to preparation and tasting techniques. The hands-on experience and the passion of the teacher, Ryan Reynolds, make the learning process incredibly enjoyable and informative . Overall, I highly recommend ILSC Adelaide to anyone looking to enhance their English proficiency while enjoying all that Adelaide has to offer. Two teachers in particular will mark my learning process, because they taught in a professional but light-hearted way, using other forms and platforms of teaching, such as games.
